  "body": "Most aspects of group account migration will fall under protocol-level migration, including new functionality for moving space state (eg, space repos, blobs, and space host state about writers). A lot of the group state is simply in space repos, and will come along that way.\n\nBut there are a couple bits specific to this proposal:\n\n- moderation reports and resolution status\n- outstanding requests to join\n\nI think it might be acceptable to just drop join requests when the overall group migrates. Not perfect, but not sure how important it is.\n\nWe could take the stance that moderation state is an internal thing, and the specification is only concerned with the interface for creating and managing reports. The label data (which is important) does come along as space repos. On the other hand, it might not be hard to specify an interface for doing export/import of the report state to enable migration between arbitrary backend types.",
