  "text": "They didn't add drainage to the shop when they built it.\nIt rained last week and the shop flooded, because it's at the bottom of a hill. When this was a walkway, it wasn't a big deal... when it's a shop, it's a much bigger problem.\n\nSo my GUESS is that they are trying to fix that flooding issue"
