  "text": "I've found the best way is to disable replies in following, invest heavily in muted words, use stuff like @no-pol-labeler.bsky.social to auto-mute links, and then look into blocklists, specifically anti-politics blocklists.\nBut there is a tradeoff in that non-political content sometimes gets hit too"
