  "text": "What causes a link to be considered as a \"citation\"?\nI'm curious because while I'd imagine a link to semanticscholar.org (etc) would be counted, a PhD candidate who has that same .pdf hosted on their personal site probably wouldn't.\n\n(It'd also be interesting to make a Bluesky feed of cited papers!)"
